Digital employees for finance and support functions

Digital employees with real jobs.

Copilot helps you with your own work. An Agentsico digital employee has work of its own: a name, a mailbox, a place in Teams and duties it runs on schedule, inside your Microsoft 365 and Business Central.

Built and run by Basico, specialists in finance and support-function operations.

Every message a digital employee sends says that a digital employee wrote it.

Assistant, flow or colleague

Assistants wait for a prompt. Flow tools run a diagram. A digital employee holds a job.

Personal assistants

Copilot, ChatGPT and the like

  • Wait for you to ask
  • Live inside your own account
  • You still do the work, only faster

Flow builders

No-code agent platforms

  • Run the diagram somebody drew
  • Good at fixed steps, weaker at judgement
  • Somebody has to own the flowchart

Digital employees

Agentsico

  • Hold a role with standing duties
  • Own mailbox, own place in Teams, own files
  • Work on schedule and ask when unsure
  • Every change approved where you decide, and logged

Roles

Roles you can fill on day one.

Every digital employee starts from the same base. It reads your systems, builds files, searches, writes and answers. You give it a role and its duties. Six the base already knows:

Examples, not a fixed catalogue. A role is instructions, skills, access and a schedule. You write all four yourself, or Basico writes them with you.

Where it works

A seat in your Microsoft 365.

You meet it where you already work. Pick a channel to see what a colleague sees.

In Teams, like any colleague

Mention it in a channel or write to it directly. It answers, asks, shares files, and its approvals arrive as cards you click.

What it builds

Files people open. Dashboards people use.

A digital employee does not stop at an answer. It produces the thing the job needs, in the form the team already works in.

Dashboards and small apps

Ask for a receivables dashboard and it builds an interactive one: filters, charts and a data input you refresh with the next export. It keeps drafts and versions, publishes when you say so, and runs nothing before someone has reviewed it.

Connected to the tools you already run

It can trigger the automations your team already trusts in Power Automate, Logic Apps or Zapier, or your own systems, with approval where you want it and a record of every run.

Onboarding

You onboard it like any new hire.

Everything a digital employee knows, may touch and must do sits in one file. Change a line there and it applies at once. No redeploy and no ticket to IT.

Trust

Supervised like any employee. Your data kept to yourselves.

Supervision

  • Read-only by default. Changes to Business Central or Microsoft 365 go through an approval rule you define.
  • Approvals reach you where you are: in the chat, in Teams or in the admin console.
  • Every administrative change lands in a tamper-evident audit log.
  • The platform tracks usage and cost per digital employee, with limits per team or per employee.
  • Every message it sends discloses that a digital employee wrote it. Nobody can switch that off.
  • Colleagues rate its answers. Admins see the feedback and the trace of every run, never the content of a conversation.

Your data

  • Your own database and your own file storage, provisioned per customer.
  • Data at rest in Sweden, enforced by policy on the cloud subscription.
  • Models run in Microsoft Azure's EU data zone.
  • Generated code runs in an isolated sandbox with no network access.
  • Sign in with the Microsoft login your team already has, or with one-time codes by mail.
  • A dedicated deployment in your own Azure subscription is available.
  • Leave with everything. Off-boarding is retire, export, purge, in that order and on your schedule.

Audit log

Every administrative change, chained so that removing one entry breaks the chain.

For your IT team

Extend it freely. Audit everything.

The part of the page your IT team will ask about. The platform enforces everything on this list. None of it is a promise on a slide.

  • Any MCP server

Connect a Model Context Protocol server, review every capability it exposes and assign it per employee. It handles OAuth flows and consent for scheduled runs.

  • Your own tools

Python or TypeScript, run in an isolated sandbox with no network access. Files in, files out.

  • Skills as text

Playbooks in plain language, kept in a library you author, publish and fork. An employee can propose an edit to its own playbook; a person approves the diff.

  • Workflow triggers

Power Automate, Logic Apps, Zapier and custom endpoints, pinned to their vendor hosts, with address checks on custom URLs and a ledger of every run.

  • Identity and audit

Sign-in through your Microsoft Entra tenant or one-time codes. A hash-chained, append-only audit log. Usage and cost per employee, with limits.

  • Isolation

A database and a storage container per customer. Data at rest in Sweden, models in Azure's EU data zone, sandbox egress denied by default.

Pricing

A platform fee, then a price per role.

The platform fee covers the seat, the channels and the standard integrations. Basico prices the roles it builds with you per role and agrees the price before building.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Copilot works on your account, when you ask. A digital employee has work of its own: a name, a mailbox, a place in Teams and duties it runs on schedule. Colleagues write to it, it asks for approval where you have decided, and every message it sends says a digital employee wrote it. Agentsico also gives individuals personal assistants on the same platform.

In Teams, one to one or in a group. By mail, at its own address. In Excel, from a task pane beside your cells. And in the browser, where threads, files and approvals live. Word and PowerPoint are outputs it produces for you rather than places you meet it, for now.

Business Central and Microsoft 365 out of the box: Outlook mail and calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, To Do and meeting transcripts, plus the Danish CVR register, currency rates and the web. Beyond that you connect any MCP server, trigger Power Automate, Logic Apps, Zapier or your own endpoints, and add tools you write in Python or TypeScript.

Only where you allow it. It reads by default. A change to Business Central or Microsoft 365 goes through an approval rule you define, and the request arrives where you are: in the chat, in Teams or in the admin console. Unattended runs get the right to make changes only if the task author granted it.

Yes. Give it a schedule and it runs unattended: the receivables report every Monday at seven, the overdue check every morning, the payroll reconciliation after every run. A second check compares each run against its brief before it goes out, and you get the result by mail or in Teams.

In one employee file: instructions, skills, systems, channels, drives, schedule and approval rules. Change a line and it applies at once. Skills are playbooks in plain language; built-ins cover Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF and contract review, and you write your own.

Every customer gets its own database and its own file storage. Data at rest stays in Sweden, enforced by policy on the cloud subscription, and models run in Microsoft Azure's EU data zone. Generated code runs in an isolated sandbox without network access. A dedicated deployment in your own Azure subscription is available.

Yes. The product ships in Danish and English, and each digital employee writes in the language you set for it. Danish company data comes along: it looks up the CVR register and current exchange rates on its own.

A fixed monthly platform fee covers the seat, the channels, the standard integrations, hosting and updates. You hear the number in the first call. Roles Basico builds with you get a price per role, agreed in writing before we build. Book a demo and we scope it with you.
